The SIAMS: IQs Unpicked series will help your whole staff team prepare for your next inspection and support your process of monitoring and evaluation.
Each session is delivered virtually and designed to fit into a schedule of after school meetings.
Sessions are designed to be used as a series of staff meetings, SLT meetings or Governing Body meetings.
Each session focusses on an inspection question.
Each session is led by a serving SIAMS inspector .
Training input: Our advisers (also SIAMS inspectors) unpick the question for 30 - 45 minutes online via Zoom.
Self-review activity 1: A reflection task will be set for you and your team to use in the meeting following the input.
Self-review activity 2: An additional reflection task, which may take more time, will be set for schools to dig deeper beyond the end of the session.

All sessions run virtually and will include an input that starts at 3.45 pm and will last approximately 45 minutes.
Schools are then expected to follow up with their own discussions after the online input - reflection tasks to support this will be made available in advance of the meeting.
