CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to attend the course you are booked on, you may substitute, by prior arrangement and after notifying us via email, someone else from your organisation on one occasion. They will need an account on ESP Online.

If you are unable to attend, and not in a position to substitute your place to another person then the following charges will apply:

Cancellation charges

  • Up to 20 working school days before the start of the course:  no charge
  • 20 – 11 working school days before the start of the course: charged at 50% of the fee
  • Less than 10 working school days before the start of the course: charged at 100% of the fee*


Please note that full payment is required for non-attendance on a booking that has been transferred.

Refunds will be offered in the form of returned funds or a voucher code, for use on ESP Online, for the equivalent value due. In the event of a refund, funds will be credited back via the payment method used.

Please remember that the work of the Education Team is not for profit and is self-funding, these circumstances will have a significant impact on our work. We're extremely grateful for your continued support and look forward to meeting your future training requirements.

  • 10 working school days or less

    No refund.

  • Up to 48 hours

    You can substitute a course participant for another in your school. They will need an ESP Online account. Please let us know in advance.
