Feedback on the Pathway last year

We chose to undertake the teacher's pathway as a whole team. The impact has gone beyond the sessions which in themselves were excellent. We have used the theory and associated practice in all subsequent staff training and keep coming back to the things that we learnt. It has given us a common understanding of current thinking around effective pedagogy and curriculum design. Monitoring shows that my teachers are using the tools that the training provided and are developing their practice in ways that I wouldn't have envisaged before the pathway. We now have teacher research groups with groups of teachers deepening the concepts we learnt by reading further, applying them in their classroom and sharing the outcomes. The pathway has been transformational for us.
