Designed to deepen biblical understanding, explore Christian perspectives on leadership, and strengthen the articulation of a distinctive Christian vision in church schools.

School leaders in the Diocese of Leeds are warmly invited to join The Bible Course for School Leaders—an 8-session online course created in partnership with the Bible Society and the Diocese of York. Designed for those who wish to strengthen their theological understanding and deepen their leadership in a distinctively Christian context, the course explores biblical literacy, biblical perspectives on leadership, and the confidence to articulate a Christian vision. With accessible resources, links to Understanding Christianity and SIAMS, and the option to participate alongside your SLT, this is a valuable opportunity to invest in your leadership and your school community.

In preparation for each session there are two 15-minute films to watch, a summary of the key points and discussion questions. Previously, some heads/deputy heads/SLT from the same school attended together, so you may want to consider this too.
